(must register at least 3 day before) - Then the client will get an approval letter from HRDC to attending the course.
- Client to provide the approval letter to the Training Provider
- During training day, Training Provider will provide attendance for the participants to sign off
- After training date, within 1 working day, Training Provider to prepare an JD14 Form for client to sign off.
- After client return the form, Training Provider need to submit for claim
HRDC fund within 1 Working Day - HRDC to approve within 4 working days any delay, Training Provider will inform client.
- After getting the approval, within 1 working day the Training Provider need to inform client on the status and client can proceed to submit daily allowance claim from ETRIS system
